Information gathered during SMS campaigns will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who we are

Insureno is a private brand of W2WD LLC. This website is our public home: a place to read about car insurance basics, renewal preparation, and keeping vehicle details organized. It is not a government site, not an insurer, insurance agent, or broker, and not a news organization.

Information we receive

• Technical data. Standard server logs may include IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, and the time of your visit.
• Contact messages. If you email or call us using our Contact page, we receive the information you provide so we can respond. The website contact form validates your entries but does not send or store a message.
• Unsubscribe requests. If you use our Unsubscribe page, we receive the first name and mobile phone number you submit so we can stop text messages to that number.
• Messaging data. If you receive text messages from us, we hold the mobile number used to deliver those messages, your consent record, and any STOP requests.

Account information

When you create an account, we store your name, email, ZIP code, optional mobile number, and password hash. We do not store the readable password. Saved car information includes year, make, model, state, ownership, optional lender name, renewal month, and optional deductible. We record account timestamps and text-consent evidence, including the consent wording, time, IP address, and browser or device information.

How we use information

We use information to:

• operate and secure this website and your account;
• save your car and renewal information and record your text preferences;
• respond to inquiries;
• send service and marketing text messages about Insureno when you have given express consent;
• honor STOP and unsubscribe requests;

Text messages

Marketing from Insureno is sent by SMS, and only after you give express consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You may also use our Unsubscribe page. Consent is not required to purchase anything or to use this website. We do not run email marketing campaigns. Email is collected for account access, replies, and password-reset emails you request. We do not use it for marketing campaigns.

We do not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

This website does not set a marketing pixel of its own. We use an essential PHP session cookie for account access, form security, and confirmations. We do not run a cross-context behavioral advertising program on this site.

We keep account and car information while the account is active. Account deletion removes the car and clears account identifiers as described in the account page. We retain consent and STOP records, including the number needed to identify them, as required by law. Server and security logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and security. Password-reset links expire after 30 minutes and can be used once.

Children

This website is intended for adults in the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you have seen the revised policy.
